Our Customer Support team does more than simply answering the phones. They are dedicated to providing excellent customer support to our customers across all aspects of Lincoln Sentry, from track and trace, GO Rewards, Accounts and product information.

Finau – NCSC Team Member
One of eight children, Finau is well accustomed to planning to ensure a well organised and operating schedule, which is why she is so well suited to working alongside customers to help them plan projects.
Since joining Lincoln Sentry in February 2021, Finau has enjoyed connecting with customers across both architectural hardware and cabinet hardware.
Sharing a Samoan and Tongan heritage, Finau is an accomplished singer who regularly performs traditional songs with her three sisters. Also a keen cook, Finau loves spending her weekends creating mouthwatering dishes and desserts that have fast become a hit on social media
Keisha – NCSC Team Member
Starting with Lincoln Sentry fresh out high school Keisha’s has developed an extensive knowledge of specialty hardware products thanks to the five years she spent working in the Brisbane distribution centre before transferring to the National Customer Support Centre in 2018.
With a particular interest in Cabinet Hardware, Keisha enjoys connecting with customers over the phone to help them with their product selection and manage the quick resolution of queries.
A keen netballer Keisha spends most Saturdays playing for her local team and splits her allegiances between the Aussie Diamonds and New Zealand Silver Ferns with Laura Geitz and Irene van Dyk being her heroes.
Justin – NCSC Team Member
With a career entirely devoted to customer service and a passion for technology, Justin is a natural fit when it comes to supporting customers with online enquiries. Working predominately in LiveChat, Justin enjoys working with customers online to provide quick and easy to use solutions.
Having been a Lincoln Sentry team member since 2017, Justin’s specialty hardware knowledge and experience came in handy when he was building his new home on Brisbane’s southside throughout 2020 and 2021.
Cherrish – NCSC Team Member
Since October 2007 Cherrish has been a valued team member at Lincoln Sentry. Her five years working in the distribution centre, followed by two years servicing customers at the Trade Counter at Lincoln Sentry’s former Brisbane location Coopers Plains, has ensured Cherrish has a thorough understanding of the supply chain.
In early 2014 Cherrish joined the National Customer Support Centre, specialising in Credits, while also providing telephone sales support.
Having grown up in New Zealand one would think Cherrish would be a proud All Blacks supporter and while she still watches rugby from afar, she has taken on a new sport with her team being the Brisbane Lions in the AFL.
Tegan – NCSC Team Member
With a passion for service and in particular working with customers to find that special hardware product to deliver that ‘wow’ factor, Tegan has a wealth of experience when it comes to window and door hardware.
Originally from Western Australia, Tegan’s specialty hardware career commenced in 2011 when she joined ASSA ABLOY in Perth before transferring to Brisbane.
In 2019 Tegan commenced her career with Lincoln Sentry and thanks to her expert architectural hardware knowledge she is a star when it comes to delivering quality customer service.
Mary – NCSC Team Member
Having built seven new homes and renovated three with her husband Zac, Mary knows plenty when it comes to the building game and co-ordinating different trades.
Mary loves to keep busy and if her ‘spare time’ experience isn’t enough she has also made a successful career for herself of working exclusively in customer-facing roles
Since 2014 Mary has been working with customers in sharing her expert technical advice and practical experience on cabinet hardware product.
Bel – NCSC Team Member
With more than three decades dedicated to customer service roles across retail and trade businesses, NCSC’s Solutions team is a natural fit for Bel.
Regular customer communication with her natural ability to build rapport, is the foundation of her work. Bel prides herself on working on a task from the beginning to end, to deliver the right solution.
Whether it’s a track and trace, credit or GO Rewards query, Bel is in the know and makes it her business to help customers succeed.
