Payment options for Pay Before Delivery customers
If you have a Pay Before Delivery (PBD) Account with Lincoln Sentry you can now order and pay online at the same time. This allows us to process your order immediately without delay.If you have ordered via another channel such as email or phone, to ensure you are able to receive your order as quickly as possible please pay either by:
- Calling our National Customer Service Centre on 1300 551 919 (Monday to Friday 6.30am- 6.30pm AEDT) to pay via debit or credit card, or
- Completing a bank transfer (Account Name: Dulux Group), BSB: 033 825, Account Number: 804XXXXXX (XXXXXX refers to the last 6 digits of your customer PBD Account). Please ensure you e-mail your payment remittance to orders@lincolnsentry.com.au (NB. Your order will be released once the payment remittance is received by DuluxGroup).
