Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Program – Changes for purchases as at 1 September 2024
Our Membership Rules are changing.
As well as streamlining the Membership Rules to be simpler and easier to read and understand, we’re altering the number of points earned for products purchased.
On and from 01/09/2024, program participants will earn 1 point for every $2 of purchases (instead of 1 point for every $1 of purchases).

Apart from the change outlined above, there’s no material change to the Membership Rules or your rights and obligations under the Membership Rules. If you had a points balance of 30,000 points on 31/08/2024 (and don’t redeem any points), you’ll still have the same points balance on 01/09/2024.

Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Program Rules – Membership Rules for purchases as of 1 September 2024
1. Eligibility
- To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must be a Trade Customer, not be in breach of the terms of that Trade Account and have the prior written approval of the Program Manager to participate in the Program.
- If you are eligible to participate in the Program, you may access the Website to register and establish a Rewards Account. To register, you will need your Lincoln Sentry customer account number and billing post code.
2. Earning points
- If a Member purchases Products using their Trade Account and pays in full and clear funds for purchases of those Products strictly within the payment terms of their Trade Account, that Member earns Points as follows:
Products Purchased Points Earned $2 1 - A Members may access their Points balance via the Website.
- A Member does not earn Points for bank fees, government fees and charges, taxes or interest charges incurred on their Trade Account or purchases of Products for which a refund is subsequently obtained.
- Upon payment in full and clear funds for purchases of Products by a Member, Lincoln Sentry allocates the earned Points to that Member.
- Upon Lincoln Sentry allocating the earned Points to a Member, the Member’s earned Points are reflected in that Member’s Rewards Account in the month following payment for those purchases and appear in that Member’s Points balance on the Website.
- If a Point has been allocated to a Member in error, Lincoln Sentry may adjust that Member’s Points balance accordingly.
3. Redeeming points
- A Member may redeem Points for Rewards by accessing the Website.
- To access the Website, a Member must comply with any security or identification verification process required by either Lincoln Sentry or the Program Provider.
- Lincoln Sentry is not liable for any loss caused to a Member as a result of:
- a Reward no longer being available; or
- a Reward being redeemed fraudulently by another person.
- A Member must not:
- redeem Points for cash;
- exchange a redeemed Reward for any other Reward;
- transfer Points to another person; or
- exchange a redeemed Reward for any other Reward.
- Once a Member has redeemed the Reward, the Reward is not refundable, replaceable or transferrable for cash or credit.
- If a Member has redeemed Points for a Reward in error, Lincoln Sentry may cancel the delivery of that Reward to that Member.
- If a Member has insufficient Points to redeem a Reward, that Member may purchase the remaining Points required to redeem that Reward. Lincoln Sentry will determine the cost of the remaining Points required to redeem that Reward.
- A Reward is subject to the Program Terms and Conditions and any terms and conditions of the relevant Retail Partner.
4. Member obligations
- By participating in the Program, the Member agrees to be bound by the Membership Rules and the Program Provider Terms and Conditions.
- By participating in the Program, the Member must not:
- breach the Membership Rules or the Program Provider Terms and Conditions;
- engage or attempt to engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity;
- supply or attempt to supply false or misleading information; or
- sell, assign, transfer or acquire or offer to sell, assign, transfer or acquire any Rewards, other than in accordance with the Membership Rules.
5. Lincoln Sentry rights
- Lincoln Sentry may at any time and without notifying a Member:
- change the Rewards offered or the number of Points required to redeem a Reward;
- change the Points Value of a Reward;
- exclude a Trade Customer from participating in the Program or exclude a Member from continuing to participate in the Program; or
- change the Membership Rules.
- If there is a material change to the Membership Rules, Lincoln Sentry will provide the Member with no less than 30 days’ notice of the change by posting the change on the Program Website.
- Lincoln Sentry will close the Rewards Account and forfeit any earned Points if:
- a Member breaches the Membership Rules or the Program Provider Terms and Conditions;
- a Member’s Trade Account is cancelled;
- a Member fails to accrue any Points for a period of 6 months or fails to purchase Products using their Trade Account for a period of 6 months,
- Lincoln Sentry may use a Member’s information for marketing and promotional purposes and may share a Member’s information with the Program Provider in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
6. Circumstance change
If a Member:
- is a corporate entity and there is a change in control;
- is a corporate entity and ceases trading or becomes insolvent; or
- is a sole trader and dies or ceases trading,
that Member must immediately notify Lincoln Sentry and Lincoln Sentry will close the Rewards Account and forfeit any earned Points.
7. Termination
- If a Member is in breach of their Trade Account, including failing to comply with the payment terms of their Trade Account, Lincoln Sentry may (in addition to any other right under the terms of the Trade Account) suspend the Rewards Account or close the Rewards Account, as determined by Lincoln Sentry in its absolute discretion. If Lincoln Sentry suspends the Rewards Account, the Member is unable to earn or redeem Points. If Lincoln Sentry closes the Rewards Account, Lincoln Sentry will forfeit any earned Points.
- If a Member wishes to close their Rewards Account, that Member must notify Lincoln Sentry. Within 60 days after receipt of that notice, the Member must redeem the Points. If the Memer fails to redeem the Points within 60 days after receipt of that notice, Lincoln Sentry will close the Rewards Account and forfeit any earned Points.
- Lincoln Sentry may suspend, withdraw, amend or terminate the Program or change the platform through which the Program operates. If Lincoln Sentry terminates the Program, it will notify the Member. Within 60 days after receipt of that notice, the Member must redeem the Points. If the Memer fails to redeem the Points within 60 days after receipt of that notice, Lincoln Sentry will close the Rewards Account and forfeit any earned Points.
- Lincoln Sentry may amend the eligibility to participate in the Program. If Lincoln Sentry amends the eligibility requirements to participate in the Program, it will notify the Member. If a Member fails to comply with the amended eligibility requirements within a reasonable time, Lincoln Sentry may suspend the Rewards Account or close the Rewards Account, as determined by Lincoln Sentry in its absolute discretion. If Lincoln Sentry suspends the Rewards Account, the Member is unable to earn or redeem Points. If Lincoln Sentry closes the Rewards Account, Lincoln Sentry will forfeit any earned Points.
8. Tax
If there is a tax liability arising out of or connected with a Member participating in the Program or redeeming a Reward, that Member is liable for that tax liability, where tax liability includes GST, fringe benefits tax or other government fees or charge.
9. Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law and notwithstanding any other clause in the Membership Rules:
- Lincoln Sentry’s and the Program Provider’s liability under the Membership Rules is limited to either replacement of a Reward or supply of an equivalent Reward or repair of a Reward or the payment of the cost repairing a Reward, as determined by Lincoln Sentry in its absolute discretion; and
- each of Lincoln Sentry and the Program Manager exclude any other liability to a Member for any Consequential Loss arising out of or connected with the Program, where Consequential Loss is any loss, expense, damage or liability suffered or incurred by the Member or any other person which is indirect or consequential, including revenue loss, income loss, profit loss, goodwill loss, profit loss or reputation damage.
- Lincoln Sentry is not liable for loss of or damage to a Reward or death of or injury to a person or loss of or damage to property caused or contributed to by a Reward.
- Lincoln Sentry does not warrant the quality, acceptability or fitness for purpose of a Reward.
- Lincoln Sentry’s or the Program Provider’s liability specified in clause 10(a), is in addition to any other right or remedy available to a Member under law.
10. Disputes
- If a Member disputes the Points reflected in that Member’s Rewards Account or appearing in that Member’s Points balance on the Website, that Member must notify Lincoln Sentry within 30 days and specify the adjustment.
- If a Member has a dispute relating to a Reward, that Member must resolve the dispute directly with the relevant Retail Partner.
- If a Member has a dispute relating to the Website, that Member must resolve the dispute directly with the Program Provider.
11. General
- The Membership Rules are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
- If Lincoln Sentry fails to enforce or delays in enforcing a right under the Membership Rules, that failure or delay does not mean Lincoln Sentry waives that right.
- Lincoln Sentry may exercise a right under the Membership Rules in its absolute discretion and separately from any other right.

Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Program Rules – Membership Rules for purchases prior to 1 September 2024
1. Introduction
- 1.1 These Rules of Membership govern the Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Program (Program). Please read them carefully.
- 1.2 By participating in the Program, each Eligible Customer agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. The use of the Lincoln Sentry Trading Account shall constitute acceptance of the Rules of Membership.
- 1.3 From time to time Lincoln Sentry may vary the Rules of Membership without prior notification. Lincoln Sentry will provide Members with 30 days notification of material changes to the Rules of Membership on the Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Website.
- 1.4 Our Rewards Provider has Program Terms and Conditions that apply when you access the Program through the Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Website (Provider Site Terms). This is a separate agreement between you and the Rewards Provider. You are responsible for complying with the Provider Site Terms and your use of the Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Website will constitute acceptance of the Provider Site Terms. In the event that you do not comply with the Provider Site Terms, your access to the Program may be suspended or withdrawn.
2. Member Obligations and Responsibilities
- 2.1 Eligible Customers, with an active Lincoln Sentry Trading Account may apply to participate in the Program.
- 2.2 Each Eligible Customer acknowledges and agrees that it must not:
- a. act in any way which breaches these Rules of Membership;
- b. act in any way which breaches any of Eligible Customer's internal policies or controls or use its participation in the Program in breach of or for the purpose of circumventing any such policies or controls;
- c. engage or attempt to engage in illegal or fraudulent activities;
- d. supply or attempt to supply false or misleading information; or
- e. sell, assign, transfer or acquire, or offering to sell, assign, transfer or acquire any Rewards, other than in accordance with these Rules of Membership.
- 2.3 There are no Membership Fees or monthly administration charges.
- 2.4 Cancellation of a Member's Lincoln Sentry Trading Account also constitutes cancellation of that Member's membership in the Program.
- 2.5 Lincoln Sentry intends to use Members' details for marketing purposes from time to time. Generally, Lincoln Sentry will only disclose this information to organisations which help to supply or promote Lincoln Sentry goods or services and to other companies within DuluxGroup. Customers may access information Lincoln Sentry holds about them or obtain a copy of the Lincoln Sentry privacy policy by visiting https://www.lincolnsentry.com.au/page/privacy by contacting the Program Manager by email on marketing@lincolnsentry.com.au. Any Member who does not wish to receive marketing information should send a written request by email to marketing@lincolnsentry.com.au or by post to Program Manager, Lincoln Sentry, PO Box 276, Archerfield, QLD 4108 to be removed from such mailing lists.
3. Earning Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points
- 3.1 Members will accumulate Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points by purchasing and paying for Products from Lincoln Sentry Branches, Lincoln Sentry Representatives or Customer Service and the Lincoln Sentry Online Shop. Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points will accumulate based on the value of Products purchased and paid for using the Lincoln Sentry Trading Account. Members will receive one Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Point for each dollar spent on Lincoln Sentry Products, subject to the terms of these Rules of Membership.
- 3.2 Lincoln Sentry may offer Bonus Points to Members from time to time at Lincoln Sentry's absolute discretion.
- 3.3 Lincoln Sentry may, in its sole discretion, issue a monthly trading Account Statement to Members or alternatively Members may be given access to their GO Rewards Points balance via the Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Website. Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points will not accumulate for bank fees, government fees and charges, taxes or interest charges incurred on the Lincoln Sentry Trading Account or purchases for which a refund is subsequently obtained.
- 3.4 In order to earn Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points, payments must be received by Lincoln Sentry no later than the due date on the Account Statement. Payment in full is required.
- 3.5 Lincoln Sentry reserves the right to adjust a Member's total Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points if points have been incorrectly credited or debited for any reason.
- 3.6 Lincoln Sentry may, at its absolute discretion, withhold Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points at any time. If the Member is in breach of trading terms, Lincoln Sentry may withdraw or cancel the value of any rewards from the Member's balance. Lincoln Sentry shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered resulting from withholding, cancellation or withdrawals made by Lincoln Sentry in accordance with these Rules of Membership, or for the actions of the Provider under the Provider Site Terms.
4. Allocation of Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points
- 4.1 The Member will be allocated Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points on payment of the Account Statement in accordance clause 3.4. Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards points for purchases paid within agreed terms will appear on the Members GO Rewards Account in the month following payment of those purchases.
- 4.2 Once allocated, Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points will appear in the Member’s Points balance on the Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Website.
- 4.3 Members will have up to 30 days from when Points appear in their Points balance to dispute and seek adjustment of the allocation. After the expiry of the 30 day period, the allocation will be deemed correct.
- 4.4 Rewards are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Rewards Provider and its Retail Partners.
5. Redemption of Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points
- 5.1 Members may redeem Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points in order to acquire Rewards.
- 5.2 The value of each Reward will be stated in Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points. The value of each Reward will not include any applicable freight costs incurred to deliver the Reward to your nominated destination during normal business hours. All disputes regarding the redemption of Rewards will be resolved by Lincoln Sentry and Lincoln Sentry's decision will be final and binding.
- 5.3 Members wishing to redeem Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points may do so by accessing the Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Website. All requests for redemptions must comply with security and identification procedures notified to Member by Lincoln Sentry or the Rewards Provider from time to time.
- 5.4 Lincoln Sentry has the right, in its absolute discretion and without advance notice, to make any changes to the types of Rewards offered or to the number of Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points required to redeem Rewards.
- 5.5 Lincoln Sentry will not be responsible for any loss caused as the result of any Rewards having been exhausted or being no longer available to Members.
- 5.6 Lincoln Sentry will not be responsible for any loss caused to a Member as the result of the fraudulent redemption of Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points by an unauthorised person(s) where such redemption has been accepted on the basis of the security and identification procedures applicable from time to time.
- 5.7 Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points are not redeemable for cash. Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards has the right to cancel any orders at any time prior to delivery, where an error has been made in relation to pricing.
- 5.8 Redeemed Rewards may not be exchanged for other Rewards and are not refundable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit.
- 5.9 If a Member has insufficient Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points to redeem a particular Reward, the Member may purchase the remaining Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points required. Lincoln Sentry reserves the right to determine the cost of the remaining Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points required to redeem the Rewards at its absolute discretion.
- 5.10 Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points are not transferable to other Members.
- 5.11 If a Member has failed to accrue additional Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points OR has failed to purchase on their Trading Account during a consecutive six month period, Lincoln Sentry reserves the right convert any unredeemed GO Rewards Points accrued by that Member to Forfeited Points.
- 5.12 Any freight costs incurred to deliver the Reward to the Member’s nominated address are not covered by the Program. The Member must pay these costs, if applicable, at the time of the redemption.
6. Termination
- 6.1 If a Member has failed to make the minimum payment specified on any Account Statement by the due date Lincoln Sentry may, at its absolute discretion suspend or cancel the Lincoln Sentry Trading Account and the Membership to the Program.
- The Provider may also suspend or terminate access to the Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Website in the event of a breach of the Provider Terms, in which case Lincoln Sentry may suspend or terminate your Membership to the Program. Upon termination of the Membership any unredeemed GO Rewards Points will be forfeited.
- 6.2 A Member will not be able to accrue or redeem Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points while the Lincoln Sentry Trading Account is suspended.
- 6.3 If a Lincoln Sentry Trading Account and Membership of the Program is cancelled by Lincoln Sentry, all monies owing to Lincoln Sentry shall immediately become due and payable and any unredeemed Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points are immediately forfeited.
- 6.4 A Member may cancel their Lincoln Sentry Trading Account and Membership to the Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Program by giving not less than 30 days’ notice in writing to Lincoln Sentry.
- 6.5 If a Member elects to cancel their Lincoln Sentry Trading Account and Membership to the Program, the Member shall have 60 days from the date of cancellation to redeem their Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points. After 60 days, all Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points shall be forfeited.
- 6.6 Lincoln Sentry reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, amend or terminate the Program, or change the platform through which the Program is run, at any time in its absolute discretion, and may, where practicable give reasonable notice to the Member. If the Program is terminated, where practicable Lincoln Sentry will endeavour to provide up to 60 days for Members to redeem any unredeemed Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points.
- 6.7 Lincoln Sentry may amend the requirements for Membership to the Program from time to time upon reasonable notice to the Member. Where a Member fails to comply with the Program’s membership requirements, Lincoln Sentry may, upon reasonable notice, suspend or terminate their Membership to the Program. Upon termination of the Membership any unredeemed GO Rewards Points will be forfeited.
7. Tax
- It is the responsibility of the Member to seek independent professional taxation advice in relation to the taxation effects arising from Membership of and participation in the Program. In addition, the Member is responsible for any taxation liability (including but not limited to GST) or any applicable fringe benefits tax or other government fees, taxes, impositions and charges relating to its Membership or the redemption of any Rewards.
8. Change of Circumstance
- 8.1 In the event of a change of circumstance of a Member (as set out below), the Member must notify Lincoln Sentry in writing and adjustments will be made to the Member’s GO Rewards account accordingly.
- 8.2 Change of circumstances includes:
- a. a change in the Member business name, address details or contact details;
- b. a change in the partnership or ownership structure of a Member (if applicable). In this event, a new Rewards account will be established and the current Rewards account will be closed. Members will have 3 months to redeem the Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points or transfer the Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points to another Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards account from the date of the change. Any unredeemed Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points in the original Rewards account will become Forfeited Points;
- c. the Member’s business is sold, closed, becomes bankrupt or insolvent, or enters into a scheme of arrangement with creditors or a liquidator, administrator, receiver or other similar person is appointed to, or takes possession or control of, any or all of the Member’s assets or undertakings. Upon receipt of notification, the Eligible Customer's account will be closed, no further Points will be earned and all Points in the Rewards account will be Forfeited Points; or
- d. if the Member is a sole trader, the death of the Member. Upon receipt of notification from next of kin / estate, the Member’s Rewards Account will be closed, no further Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points will be earned and all Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points in the Rewards Account will become Forfeited Points.
9. General Provisions
- 9.1 To the extent permitted by applicable law, the liability of Lincoln Sentry and the Program Manager for breach of a condition, whether expressed or implied in the Rules of Membership by law, is limited to any one of the following as determined by Lincoln Sentry:
- a. the replacement of Rewards or Products or the supply of equivalent Rewards or Products; or
- b. the repair of the Rewards or Products or the payment of the cost of having the Products or Rewards repaired.
- This liability is in addition to any other rights and remedies available to you under any applicable law.
- 9.2 To the extent the law permits and notwithstanding any other clause of these Rules of Membership, each of Lincoln Sentry and the Program Manager excludes all liability whatsoever to the Member for any Consequential Loss arising out of or in any way connected with the Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Program. For the purpose of this provision, consequential or indirect loss includes loss of income, profit or business, overhead costs or loss of goodwill or reputation.
- 9.3 The Rules of Membership are governed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
- 9.4 Lincoln Sentry reserves the right to change the Reward Point Value of catalogue items without any notice.
- 9.5 Lincoln Sentry reserves the right at its absolute discretion at any time to exclude any customer from inclusion in the Reward Program or to cancel the registration of any Member.
- 9.6 To the extent permitted by law, Lincoln Sentry is not responsible for Rewards received under a Rewards Program, any death or injury, loss or Consequential Loss or damage arising from, in connection with or caused by a Reward, or the loss, theft or destruction of a Reward or a Reward voucher.
- 9.7 To the extent permitted by law, Lincoln Sentry provides no warranty with respect to the quality of the Rewards or their acceptability or fitness for any purpose.
- 9.8 Any dispute concerning goods or services received as a Reward shall be settled between the Member and Rewards Provider or the Retail Partner who supplied the goods or services.
- 9.10 Any dispute concerning access to the Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards website shall be settled between the Member and Rewards Provider.
- 9.11 Failure to enforce a particular term or condition of these Rules of Membership does not constitute a waiver of that term or condition by Lincoln Sentry.
- 9.12 Lincoln Sentry may exercise any right, power or remedy in this document at its discretion and separately or concurrently with any other right, power or remedy.
10. Definitions
- Account Statement means the summary of the previous month's purchases from Lincoln Sentry using your Lincoln Sentry Trading Account.
- Bonus Points means extra Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points awarded to Members, in addition to the points as described in clause 3.
- Consequential Loss means any loss or damage suffered by a party or any other person which is indirect or consequential, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of income, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of goodwill or credit, loss of business reputation, future reputation or publicity, loss of use, loss of interest, damage to credit rating, or loss or denial of opportunity.
- DuluxGroup means DuluxGroup Limited ACN 133 404 065 whose registered office is located at 1956 Dandenong Rd, Victoria 3168.
- Eligible Customer means a customer approved by Lincoln Sentry as being eligible to join the Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards program.
- Forfeited Points means any Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points which the Member is no longer entitled to claim, pursuant to these Rules of Membership.
- Lincoln Sentry means Lincoln Sentry Group Pty Limited ABN 59 010 624 389 a wholly owned company of DuluxGroup Limited ACN 133 404 065 whose registered office is located at 1956 Dandenong Rd, Victoria 3168.
- Lincoln Sentry Branches means Lincoln Sentry branches and distribution centres and any other branches notified to Members from time to time by Lincoln Sentry.
- Lincoln Sentry Customer Service means the call centre operated by Lincoln Sentry. The call centre can be contacted by telephone on 1300 551 919.
- Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Email Address means the Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards contact email that links to the Program Manager, which is marketing@lincolnsentry.com.au
- Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points means the points earned by Members by participating in the Program in accordance with these Rules of Membership and which can be used to redeem Rewards, including Bonus Points.
- Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Program or Program means the scheme offered by Lincoln Sentry which provides Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points to Members for the purchase of Products using their Lincoln Sentry Trading Account.
- Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Account or Rewards Account is the loyalty account set up for each Eligible Customer to facilitate participation in the Program including the tracking of Reward Points and redemptions.
- Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Website means the Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards website, which is accessible at www.gorewards.ewallet.com.au.
- Lincoln Sentry Trading Account means a standard 30 Day credit account or Pay Before Delivery Account issued by Lincoln Sentry.
- Lincoln Sentry we or us, means Lincoln Sentry Group Pty Ltd ABN 59 010 624 389, whose registered office is located at 1956 Dandenong Road, Clayton VIC 3168, Australia.
- Member means a customer accepted for membership of the Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Program and who holds a Lincoln Sentry Trading Account.
- Product(s) means all goods available for purchase from Lincoln Sentry Branches or Lincoln Sentry Customer Service.
- Retail Partner means the relevant provider which will provide the item(s) for which a Reward can be redeemed.
- Rewards means goods and services included from time to time on the Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Website.
- Rewards Provider means the supplier of the Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Program, who administers the Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Website.
- Reward Point Value means the total number Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Points required to be redeemed for any particular Reward.
- Rules of Membership means these terms and conditions governing the Lincoln Sentry GO Rewards Program and any schedules as amended from time to time.
